Return and Refunds
Cancelling or changing an order—If you ordered a product from us and you have changed your mind or want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can process a refund. The customer must pay the shipping fee if you have received the product. The product must be returned brand new in its original packaging to receive a refund.
Returning a product
Please contact us within 28 days if you want to return a product. You can then bring the product back to our warehouse, or we can arrange a courier to collect it for an extra fee. To receive a refund, the product must be returned brand new in its original packaging. We will then check if the product is fine, and once you are satisfied, we shall issue you an exchange, voucher, or full refund.
Refund
Once you have made a refund claim, our team has accepted it. You shall receive your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be sent back to the payment method that you have purchased the product. Please understand that some payment methods may take longer than 48 hours to issue a refund.
